Terms of use

In short: make whatever you like with Zolage, and the collages you create are yours to use however you want. Zolage itself (its name, logo, design, shapes, templates, illustrations and code) belongs to us and may not be copied.

These terms apply when you use Zolage at zolage.com, as an installed app, or as the Zolage app from Google Play or the App Store. By using Zolage you agree to them. "We" and "us" means crashsoftwares.com.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, music and text you add, and to the collages, videos and GIFs you export. We claim no ownership of them, and because they stay on your device we never see them. You may use your exports for any purpose, personal or commercial, including when they contain Zolage shapes, frames, backgrounds, stickers or templates.

You are responsible for having the right to use the media you add.

What belongs to crashsoftwares.com

Zolage and everything in it, other than your own content and the third-party components listed on the licenses page, is our property and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes:

the name Zolage, the Zolage logo, the app icon and the "Dusty" cat character;
the shapes and shape designs (including the animal, fruit, flower, nature and "things" shapes), frames and frame styles, layer and layout designs, backgrounds, patterns, stickers and doodles;
the templates, template collections and sample illustrations;
the music moods, animations and effects;
the app's look and feel, text, icons and graphics;
the software and source code.

What you may not do

Except for using your own exports as described above, you may not, without our written permission:

copy, extract, download in bulk, redistribute, sell or sublicense any part of Zolage, including its shapes, templates, frames, illustrations, icons, graphics or code, on their own or as a collection (for example as a shape pack, template pack, font of icons or asset library);
use the Zolage name, logo or anything confusingly similar for another product or service, or suggest that we endorse you;
copy the app's design or build a product that imitates Zolage's look and feel, or reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
remove or change copyright, trademark or other notices;
interfere with the app or its servers, send automated or abusive traffic, or misuse feedback and bug reports.

Feedback and bug reports

If you send us ideas, feedback or bug reports, we may use them to improve Zolage without any obligation to you. Please don't include anything you don't want us to see. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy.

The service

Zolage is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, add or remove features at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or content. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using Zolage after a change, the updated terms apply.
