Where are my collages kept?
On your device only. Zolage saves your collages (the open one and those in 📂 My collages) and their media in the app's storage so they're there next time, and never uploads them. Export or share a collage to keep a copy in your gallery.
Do I need an account?
No. Zolage has no sign-up, no login and no accounts, so there is no account to create or delete.
How do I delete my data?
- Your collage and media: start a new collage from the app, or remove everything by clearing Zolage's storage:
- In a browser, or the app installed from the browser: clear the site data for zolage.com in your browser's settings.
- Android app: it runs in Chrome, which keeps its data for zolage.com. Open Chrome › Settings › Site settings › All sites › zolage.com and delete the data.
- iPhone and iPad app: delete the app.
- Feedback and bug reports you sent us: email support@crashsoftwares.com from the address you used (or tell us roughly when you sent it), and we'll delete them.
- Usage counts: these are anonymous daily totals with no ID, so nothing in them can be linked to you.
More detail is in the privacy policy.
Export or sharing doesn't work
Try ⬇ Download instead of Share, or pick a lower quality: phones refuse to share very large files (about 50 MB) from an app. Video export needs a recent browser or system version.
Report a problem
In the app, tap the logo and choose Report a bug. You can attach screenshots and device details, which helps us fix it quickly. Or email us with what happened and your phone model.
